Hi! My name is Sophie and this is my website. I enjoy coding as well as playing the violin. Reading is one of my favorite ways to pass the time. I enjoy sitcoms from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, like How I Met Your Mother and Scrubs. I also enjoy going on hikes and kayaking.
I took this web design class to understand the basics of coding. I wanted to make my own functional website with images and color. Which I suppose I'm doing right now.
I love traveling, I enjoy seeing new places and learning about new cultures. Here are some of the places I've gone and where I would like to go in the future.
Iceland: one of the most unique places in the world. We stayed for 2 weeks and still did not see all the island had to offer. We went inside a volcano, off road jeeping, and soaked in the lagoons. I would definitely recommended at least one visit to the land of ice and fire.
Outer Banks: very remote, with nice clear water but not many stores and restuarants. Also more expensive than other beaches, I would recommend mrytle beach instead.
Mrtyle Beach: a classic, me and my family have gone to this beach 6 times. Each time we are greeted with clear water, soft(and hot) sand, and normally amazing beach front houses. I would recommend going in September as the weather is nice as well as much lower prices.
Greece: somewhere I haven't been yet. Known for its clear beaches and rich culture Greece is definitely up there on my list of places to visit.
London: also somewhere I have yet to visit, london is home to a bunch of muesuems. It also has unique architecture and buildings.
